Elizabeth Czajkowski is a Junior at Wheaton College pursuing an English Writing Major and a Spanish Minor. Home, for her, is Orland Park, IL. While she enjoys being out in nature, kayaking at nearby lakes, and reading good books, she also has a soft spot in her heart for the kitchen. Throughout her life, the importance of food and family has been impressed upon her by her Italian heritage. In this column, she hopes to use her passion for writing and her first-hand training in the love language of food to offer recipe ideas students can try out with their friends and to showcase some delicious family recipes from the various cultural traditions of students here on campus.
