Scrolling through Instagram in early March, the De-Stress Week dogs on Wheaton’s feed caught my attention. I was initially a little dismissive about the need for therapy dogs. But then I tried to put myself in someone else’s shoes and think about what it would be like to leave a beloved pet at home, in another state, and not be able to enjoy its company under the dinner table. Dogs are God’s good gift.
