Founded in 1890, the Wheaton Record publishes on the authority of the Wheaton College Board of Trustees and the Administration through the College Committee on Student Publications, but is independently operated by a staff of full-time students. Traditionally, the Record has existed exclusively in print, releasing news, editorials, and advertisements weekly. Since the fall of 2020, the Record has existed as a rolling online publication, publishing quarterly printed editions.
We exist as a publication for Christian journalists to report the news, highlight the personalities, and present the diverse perspectives that form the Wheaton community with rigor, professionalism, humility, and grace.
