Why don’t Wheaton women attend campus-wide events in their bikinis? Wheaton College culture makes it clear that this action would go against certain rules or expectations so nobody does it. So why can men on our campus often get away with wearing minimal clothing? Could it be that our culture encourages a double standard by forgetting that male modesty is important too?
